- Fingers stay out of the action when you use this handy ejector scoop. It's ideal for everything from ice cream to meatballs. Just scoop out the amount then press your thumb on the spring-loaded lever. It pushes food right out so you don't have to scrape it with a finger or a spoon. Terrific for cookie dough and other sticky foods and it's great for melon. Holds about 2 tablespoons; makes balls just under 2" in diameter. In stainless steel with lightweight, hollow handle. About 7" long. Hand wash.
