- Avoid domed crowns, split tops and crusty edges. The Bake-Even Strip ensures even heating so your prized cake bakes at an even level. You won't have to trim off the top when layering delicious cakes — ensuring no crumbs to spoil the frosting or filling. Just soak the cake pan strip in cold water for about 5 minutes, wrap around the pan, then feed the end through the loop to secure. Fits 11" round pans. For larger pans, order two and loop together. Polyester and cotton. Safe to about 392F. Hand wash. 34"L x 1"W.
